• Emails you send us: your name, email address, company and whatever you write about your project.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting.

The website has no contact form, and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

• Answering your enquiry and preparing an estimate: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Performing a contract with you: Art. 6(1)(b).
• Invoicing and keeping accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Keeping the website secure: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We share data only as needed with our email and hosting service providers, our accountant for invoices, and public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Safindra is based in Türkiye, outside the EU and EEA. When you email us from the EU, your data is processed in Türkiye because it is necessary to answer your request and to take steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)). Our service providers may store data in other countries.

Correspondence is kept for 2 years after your request is closed. Contract and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by Turkish tax and commercial law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. Send requests to taha.ogul@safindra.com. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.
